M131W型万能外圆磨床横向进给机构丝杠螺母之间的间隙是利用闸缸来消除的,其结构如图1所示。闸缸体1固定在床身上.B处为装配衬套而设计了一个工艺环槽,壁厚只有1.5~1.8mm,使用中发现闸缸体1的B处断裂。其原因:①闸缸体1B处壁突然减薄应力集中。②加工工艺槽时产生微小裂纹,由于表面晶粒周向纤维化,使工件表面轴向承载能力降低,压力油的作用和轴向载荷的作用使B处微小
