浮萍(Lemna minor)含游离和酯化的脂肪酸成分。现又分得4个已知的异戊间二烯化合物和1个新的二萜,由光谱和化学方法决定其结构为直链二萜二醇(4 R)-4-hydroxy-isophytol(la)。风干植物用冷乙醚连续提取。提取物于含5%氢氧化钠的甲醇-水(3:2)中回流。中性部分用乙醚提取,上硅胶柱层析,以汽油、汽油-乙醚洗脱。汽油流分得植二烯和lycopersene的混合物,经制备性TLC(汽油-乙醚,19:1)进行分离。汽油-乙醚(4:1)流分得植醇和谷甾醇。汽油-乙醚(3:2)流分得la:[α]_D+1.5°(c1.0),
Lemna minor contains free and esterified fatty acid components. Now it has been divided into 4 known isoprenoid compounds and a new diterpene. Its structure is determined spectrally and chemically as linear diterpenediol (4 R)-4-hydroxy-isophytol (la ). The air-dried plants were continuously extracted with cold ether. The extract was refluxed in methanol-water (3:2) containing 5% sodium hydroxide. The neutral portion was extracted with ether and chromatographed on silica gel eluting with petrol and petrol-ether. The gasoline stream was split between a mixture of diene and lycopersene and separated by preparative TLC (gasoline-diethyl ether, 19:1). Gasoline-ether (4:1) flow splits phytol and sitosterol.
