近年来,多元文化教育及相关课程的研究日渐成为人们关注的焦点问题。民族高校利用这一优势,积极培育多民族师生们的多元文化精神,并通过隐性课程来实现多元文化教育的目标。以管理者视角展示了学校层面的隐性课程建设取得的主要成就,并从民族文化发展角度对当前隐性课程建设的困境进行了文化反思,并指出了今后民族高校隐性课程的发展方向,以此发挥学校在隐性课程建设中的重要作用,更好地实现民族高校的育人功能。
In recent years, the research on multicultural education and related curriculums has gradually become the focus of attention. Taking advantage of this advantage, national colleges and universities are actively cultivating the multi-cultural spirit of multi-ethnic teachers and students and realizing the goal of multicultural education through implicit courses. From the perspective of the manager, this paper presents the major achievements made in the construction of implicit courses at the school level and conducts cultural rethinkings of the current implicit curriculum construction from the perspective of the development of national cultures. It also points out the development directions of implicit courses in ethnic colleges and universities in the future, In this way, it plays an important role in the construction of implicit curriculum in schools and better fulfills the function of educating people in colleges and universities for nationalities.
