对1台PE600×900与1台PE750×1060复摆颚式破碎机的工况参数进行了优化。优化前,2台破碎机共同工作时每年仅能达到120万t的处理量,优化后可达155.6万t,且设备故障率没有明显变化。
The operating parameters of one PE600 × 900 and one PE750 × 1060 compound pendulum jaw crusher were optimized. Before optimization, when 2 crushers work together, they can only reach 1.2 million tons per year. After optimizing, they can reach 1,556,000 tons, and there is no obvious change in equipment failure rate.
