1994年4月25日至26日,广播电影电视部科技司在北京召开了“广播数据系统(RDS)技术规范”国标审查会。该标准由广播科学研究所和广东省广播电视厅负责起草。 广播数据系统是一种调频多工业务,它能在不影响调频主信道节目广播(单声或立体声)质量的情况下,利用调频广播基带频谱的空余部分,为用户提供多种形式的数据服务。
From April 25 to April 26, 1994, the Science and Technology Department of Radio, Film and Television Department held the national standard review meeting of Technical Specifications for Broadcast Data Systems (RDS) in Beijing. This standard is drafted by the Institute of Broadcasting Science and Guangdong Provincial Radio and Television Office. The broadcast data system is an FM multiplex service that provides users with various forms of data services by utilizing the empty part of the FM baseband spectrum without affecting the quality of the FM main channel program broadcast (mono or stereo) .
