目的:对因二硫化碳中毒而引发的周围神经性病变施行甲钴胺、参麦注射液联用治疗的效果进行探析。方法:选择因二硫化碳中毒诱发周围神经性病变而到本院接受诊治的73例患者,随机将其分作对照、分析两组,对照组36例选用甲钴胺施予单药治疗,分析组37例选用甲钴胺、参麦注射液施予双药治疗,比较两组疗效和有关情况。结果:分析组治疗后总有效例占94.59%,对照组总有效例占69.44%。两组比对,分析组显著优越于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲钴胺+参麦注射药液联用在因二硫化碳中毒而诱发的周围神经性病变治疗当中,能取得较好效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mecobalamin and shenmai injection combined with peripheral neuropathy caused by carbon disulfide poisoning. Methods: Seventy-three patients admitted to our hospital for treatment of peripheral neuropathy due to carbon disulfide poisoning were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 36 patients were treated with mecobalamin alone, and group 37 Cases were selected mecobalamin, Shenmai injection administered double drug treatment, the two groups were compared efficacy and the situation. Results: The total effective cases in the analysis group accounted for 94.59%, while the total effective cases in the control group accounted for 69.44%. Comparison of two groups, the analysis group was significantly superior to the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Mecobalamin + Shenmai injection combined with the treatment of peripheral neuropathy induced by carbon disulfide poisoning can achieve better results.
