为了改善煤粉燃烧性能、强化煤粉燃烧 ,将添加剂混入攀钢喷吹用的煤粉后进行燃烧试验。根据高炉生产特点 ,选择MnO2 ,MgCO3,MnCO3,NaCl(食盐 ) ,MgCl2 ,生石灰 ,CaF2 ,转炉尘作为添加剂。实验室的动态燃烧实验表明 :混加适当的添加剂可以缩短煤粉着火时间 ,提高煤粉燃烧率。几种添加剂中 ,NaCl及生石灰的助燃效果较明显。添加剂配比的确定应考虑其对高炉冶炼的影响。
In order to improve the pulverized coal combustion performance and strengthen the combustion of pulverized coal, the pulverized coal combustion test was carried out by mixing the additives into the pulverized coal used for injection in Panzhihua Iron and Steel. According to the characteristics of blast furnace production, select MnO2, MgCO3, MnCO3, NaCl (salt), MgCl2, quick lime, CaF2, converter dust as an additive. Laboratory dynamic combustion experiments show that: adding appropriate additives can shorten the ignition time of pulverized coal and improve the combustion rate of pulverized coal. Several additives, NaCl and quicklime combustion effect is more obvious. Determination of the ratio of additives should consider the impact of blast furnace smelting.
