我与少先队有缘。在高中和大学时期,我就担任过6年少先队大队辅导员。大学毕业后在共青团北京市委少年部工作11年。“文革”后,我先后在团中央所属的《辅导员》、中国青年政治学院少年工作系、中国青少年研究中心少年儿童研究所工作。退休至今19年,一直在中国少先队工作学会工作。一辈子从事儿童教育工作的人数以百万计,一辈子做少先队工作的人屈指可数,我有幸是其中的一个。这是爱的伟力所驱使。在北京做少先队工作,“100万”(指北京市少年儿童数——编者注)、“2万”(指北京市辅导员数——编者注)两个数字铭记心中;在团中央系统做少先队工作,“1.3亿”(指
I have affinity with the Young Pioneers. In high school and college, I served as a 6-year Pioneer Brigade counselor. After graduating from college in the Communist Youth League Beijing Municipal Youth Ministry for 11 years. After the “Cultural Revolution”, I successively worked as a “counselor” affiliated to the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, a juvenile work department of the China Youth Political College, and a juvenile child's research institute of the China Youth Research Center. Retired for 19 years, has been working in China Young Pioneers work. I am fortunate to have millions of people who work in children's education for life and only a handful of people who work as young pioneers all their lives. This is driven by the power of love.
