氨作为一种天然制冷剂,具有优良的热物理性能,且绿色环保、价格低廉,被广泛用于全球制冷领域;但其有毒、易挥发、可燃,且在一定条件下会爆炸,引发重大安全事故。在安全问题引起人们高度重视的今天,氨的使用倍受争议。本文针对氨系统的安全性,从设计和维护等各方面进行了分析。只要通过精确的系统设计,减少氨的充注量,以及细致的安装维护等措施,完全可以实现氨系统的安全运行。
Ammonia, as a natural refrigerant, has excellent thermophysical properties and is green and inexpensive. It is widely used in the global refrigeration field; however, it is toxic, volatile, combustible and can explode under certain conditions and cause serious safety problems ACCIDENT. The use of ammonia has been the subject of much controversy today when the safety issue has drawn great attention. This article analyzes the safety of ammonia system from aspects of design and maintenance. As long as the precise system design, reducing the amount of ammonia charge, and careful installation and maintenance measures, can fully realize the safe operation of ammonia system.
