医用钛植入体材料的细菌感染问题是影响植入手术失败的重要原因之一,为获得具有良好抗细菌感染能力,在乙酸锌的溶液中利用水热反应将阳极氧化TiO2纳米管阵列转化为ZnTiO3/TiO2复合纳米管阵列结构(NT-Zn),利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了样品的形貌、结构和成分。体外抗菌和细胞黏附与增殖实验表明,NT-Zn涂层具有良好的抗细菌感染能力,同时具有良好的细胞活性,无细胞毒性。
The problem of bacterial infection of medical titanium implant material is one of the important reasons that affect the failure of implantation surgery. In order to obtain a good anti-bacterial infection ability, the anodic TiO2 nanotube array is transformed into ZnTiO3 / TiO2 composite nanotube array (NT-Zn) was prepared. The morphology, structure and composition of the samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In vitro antibacterial and cell adhesion and proliferation experiments showed that, NT-Zn coating has good antibacterial activity, but also has good cell activity, no cytotoxicity.
