患者女,26岁,护士。因感冒鼻塞用本院配制的1％呋麻液(其成份为每百毫升溶液含呋喃西林0.02g,麻黄素1g,氯化钠0.55g)滴鼻共4滴,20分钟后病人自觉口唇及四肢麻木,心慌,继之出现休克,立即肌注氟美松5mg和非那根50mg并急送院急诊室。给予吸氧,快速静滴林格氏液1000ml+氟美松20mg及5％碳酸氢钠溶液100ml,并静脉注射氟美松10mg和非那根50mg,2小时后,病人呼吸困难逐渐缓
