农村财务管理一直是农村工作的重点和难点,重庆市綦江县通过“村财镇管”改革制度的实施,探索出了一条加强农村财务管理的有效途径,但随着改革的不断推进,农村村级财务管理在运行中存在的不足也逐步显现出来,本文从我县村级财务管理存在的问题入手,从提高村级财务管理认识、狠抓制度落实、强化培训等方面提出了完善我县村级财务管理的对策。
