为研究农村传统火炕炕面温度的不平衡性,采用实测和模拟的方法研究不加和加换热器之后火炕炕面在一段时间内温度的波动情况、加换热器之后炕面舒适性的改善和火炕在内置换热器后功能上的优势.运用理论数学模型和实测数据拟合的数学模型,采用VB可视化编程语言模拟出炕面在一段时间内的逐时温度以及换热器提供的热水温度,模拟结果与实测部分结果作对照.研究结果表明,火炕内加换热器之后,其热工性能发生了变化,炕头温度过高的现象得到明显改善,炕面温度分布与未加之前更加均匀;同时通过内置换热器能提供一定温度的热水,不仅有效利用了烟气热量,提高了火炕的热舒适性,还为集成采暖系统打下了良好的基础.
