目的:研究银耳孢糖(Tremella fuciformis spores polysaccharide,TSP)对环磷酰胺(CTX)化疗H_(22)及S_(180)荷瘤小鼠的增效作用。方法:建立小鼠肝癌H_(22)及小鼠肉瘤S_(180)的体内移植性肿瘤模型,随机分为对照组,TSP小、中、大剂量组,CTX小、大剂量组,TSP(小、中、大剂量)+CTX小剂量组,TSP(小、中、大剂量)+CTX大剂量组等12组,接种肿瘤次日开始每天分别腹腔给予0.9%氯化钠注射液、TSP(25,50及100 mg·kg~(-1))、CTX(10,20 mg·kg~(-1))、TSP(25,50,100 mg·kg~(-1))+CTX 10 mg·kg~(-1)及TSP(25,50及100 mg·kg~(-1))+CTX 20 mg·kg~(-1),连续12~14 d,称小鼠的瘤重,测定TSP对CTX的增效作用,每批实验重复3次。结果:TSP 25,50,100 mg·kg~(-1)可明显增加CTX(10,20 mg·kg~(-1))对H_(22)及S_(180)荷瘤小鼠的抑制作用,抑瘤率分别提高6.82~92.01%,3.90~24.27%(P<0.05,0.01);9.50~87.04%,2.41~21.51%(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:TSP与CTX合用对抑制荷瘤小鼠H_(22)及S_(180)有明显的增效作用。
Objective: To investigate the synergistic effect of Tremella fuciformis spores polysaccharide (TSP) on cyclophosphamide (CTX) chemotherapy H_ (22) and S_ (180) tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: In vivo transplantation tumor models of mouse H_(22) and mouse sarcoma S_180 were established and randomly divided into control group, small, medium, and high-dose TSP groups, small, high-dose CTX groups, and TSP (small , medium and large dose) + CTX low-dose group, TSP (small, medium, high dose) + CTX high-dose group and other 12 groups, the day after inoculation of the tumor, intraperitoneal 0.9% sodium chloride injection, TSP (25) ,50 and 100 mg·kg -1 ),CTX,10,20 mg·kg -1,TSP,25,50,100 mg·kg -1 ,CTX, 10 mg·kg~ (-1) and TSP (25,50 and 100 mg·kg -1) + CTX 20 mg·kg -1 for 12-14 consecutive days. The tumor weight of mice was measured and TSP was measured against CTX. The synergies were repeated 3 times for each batch of experiments. RESULTS: TSP 25, 50, 100 mg·kg -1 significantly increased the inhibitory effect of CTX (10, 20 mg·kg -1) on H_ (22) and S_ (180) tumor-bearing mice. The tumor rate increased by 6.82-92.01%, 3.90-2.27% (P<0.05, 0.01), 9.50-80.14%, and 2.41-21.51%, respectively (P<0.05, 0.01). Conclusion: The combined use of TSP and CTX has significant synergistic effect on inhibiting H_(22) and S_(180) in tumor-bearing mice.
