随着数字技术、网络技术的成熟,广播电视的采、编、播也发生巨大的变化,单个的工作站、局部的网络系统的应用和通过“十五”全国广播电视技术规划的实施,为广播电视的发展起到了促进作用。福建省广播电视中心于1999年提出,计划投资十亿元左右,预计完工于2008年,作为一个国内一流、国际水准的广播电视综合大楼,其数字化、网络化技术的规划和应用在该项目中将起到重要作用。本文仅就其中的若干问题提出自己的看法。
