This article mainly elaborates that the art editors should expand their thinking mode and improve their innovative abilities. They must make a reasonable positioning for themselves clearly and appropriately; close to life at all times, absorb artistic nutrition; maintain a healthy state of mind; reasonably listen to opinions and enhance artistic accomplishment and enhance their innovative abilities.
