我们应用IBM微机DBASEⅢ编制脑外伤软件,用于脑外伤的临床诊断、预后、经验总结及科研,具有实用价值,现报告如下。 程序设计原理和各功能简介 本软件是在IBM-PC/XT微机,CCDOS3.0的操作系统环境上,采用DBASEⅢ数据库管理系统实现的。编制10多种功能,当输入病人姓名、住院号、性别、年龄、职业、入院日期、受伤日期、病史、体征、辅助检查等具体详细项目后,就能够自动准确地完成上述10多种功能的处理。调动每一功能不必重复输入数据。共有95个文件,开辟3个数据库来保证完成10多种功能,各个文件既独立而又相互联系。我们把不变动症状、体征、辅助检查等数据,存入第一个数据库;将可变动的症状、体征、辅助检查、治疗意见等数据,存入第二个数据库,将供概率诊断用的症状、
