使用抗多药耐药(MDR)的抗体(HyB_(241))探测了急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)与慢性粒细胞白血病(CGL)患者白血病细胞P-糖蛋白的表现。以流式细胞光度计检测ANLL 25例(活动期20例,缓解期5例);CGL 8例;MDS 4例以及正常对照组6例。以10％作为阳性和阴性的分界。结果如下:20例活动
