本文通过对福建省6个地市、8个县68个林农专业合作社的问卷调查,分析了林农专业合作社的作用:促进造林,解决就业,提高技术水平,促进林业经营投入,发挥了一定的社会管理功能。

本文通过对福建省6个地市、8个县68个林农专业合作社的问卷调查,分析了林农专业合作社的作用:促进造林,解决就业,提高技术水平,促进林业经营投入,发挥了一定的社会管理功能。在此基础上,研究了林农专业合作社投入产出的基本现状,并找出影响当前林农专业合作社的主要制度问题,最后提出了相应的政策建议:科学引导合作社造林,提高选林质量;加大合作社负责人培训;探索建立合作社负责人的考核奖励制度;提高林农专业合作社的投入水平。
Through the questionnaire survey of 68 forest farmer cooperatives in 6 cities and 8 counties in Fujian Province, this paper analyzes the role of forest farmer cooperatives in promoting afforestation, finding employment, improving technical level, promoting investment in forestry management and giving play to certain social Management functions. On this basis, the basic status quo of input-output of forest farmer cooperatives is studied, and the main system problems that affect current forest farmer cooperatives are found out. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward: scientifically guide the cooperatives to reforestation and improve the quality of forest selection; Cooperative responsible person training; explore the establishment of the cooperative responsible person’s assessment reward system; improve the level of input of forest farmers specialized cooperatives.
