在建筑工程管理中对管理质量以及技术等方面要求较为全面。而随着现今经济高速发展,对建筑工程管理上要求更多,如在管理中进行创新,从管理理念上来改善建筑工程的管理模式。这不但是因为国内建筑工程之前管理理念和方法落后,也是因为管理人员综合素质方面不能适应现今社会对建筑工程管理的需求。而在建筑市场发展的背景下,笔者从创新模式在建筑工程管理中的应用情况进行分析,对创新模式在建筑工程管理中的必要性,以及现状等进行了解,以此提出合理建议,用以提高建筑工程管理中创新模式的应用。
