1982年4月7日～14日,中国水力发电工程学会水电站电气及自动化专业委员会与水力发电建设总局在杭州联合召开了水电站电气专业学术交流会议。参加会议的有全国各科研、设计、制造、施工、运行和高等院校的代表及专业委员会成员共98人。会议共收到学术论文62篇,其中47篇分别在大会和分组会上进行了宣讲。会议分电气主结线、可靠性技术应用、高压配电装置和过电压保护及接地等四个专题进行了讨论,
April 7, 1982 to 14, China Hydropower Engineering Society of hydropower station automation and Electrical Professional Committee and the Hydroelectric Power Construction Bureau jointly held in Hangzhou, the electrical power station academic exchange meeting. There were 98 representatives from the national scientific research, design, manufacture, construction, operation and universities and professional committees attended the conference. A total of 62 papers were received at the conference, of which 47 were preached at conferences and sub-conferences respectively. The meeting was divided into four main topics: electrical main line, application of reliability technology, high-voltage distribution equipment, over-voltage protection and grounding.
