芜菁花叶病毒(Turnip mosaic virus,简称 TuMV)是严重危害上海郊区蔬菜的病毒之一。制备 TuMV 抗血清对于诊断防治蔬菜病毒病十分必要。国内曾发表过白菜孤丁病毒毒株抗血清制备的论文,效价为1/512。本文报道制得的 TuMV 抗血清效价高于1/2048。应用此抗血清,用琼脂扩散法和免疫电泳法均能鉴定植物组织汁液的有关病毒。(一)抗原的制备采集温室培植单蚜接种的 TuMV 青菜病叶,置低温冰箱过夜。将冰冻之材料充分捣碎,所加缓冲液为 pH7.5,0.5M 的内含0.01
Turnip mosaic virus (referred to as TuMV) is one of the viruses that seriously endanger the vegetables in the suburbs of Shanghai. The preparation of TuMV antisera is very necessary for diagnosis and control of virus disease in vegetables. Papers have been published in domestic cabbage isolate strains of anti-virus titer papers, titer 1/512. The titer of TuMV antiserum obtained in this paper was higher than 1/2048.
