本市大、中、小学广大阵地上,解放前只有很少数的共产党员。解放后由老解放区来的教职员也为数寥寥,其中又并不都是共产党员。但是,一年多以来,学校教育的改革成绩斐然,不断进步,这就告诉我们一个客观情况,也是一个真理,就是;教育青年、服务国家与人民,完成新中国文化教育的艰巨事业,单单依靠共产党员是一定不行的;而必须依靠党与非党人士团结合作,依靠广大的教育工作者才能胜任。然而,在我们教育行政机关和学校党的组织当中,还有些共产党员缺乏这种觉悟与锻炼,他们还往往不善于与党外人士团结合作,犯关门主宰、宗派主义的毛病,而这是必须加以克服
