一、引言赵紫阳总理1984年访问丹麦时,丹麦总理提出可提供2亿美元贷款,交换条件是若干年后每年供给丹麦动力煤500万吨,要求用20万级船舶运输,以大吨位船舶运费低的节省来补偿运距长的损失,具体合同条款另定。我们结合该任务,对世界煤炭市场、货流、船型及装煤卸煤港进行了初步分析,提出了西欧煤炭市场形成的客观情况及我国有利的合理的市场范围;根据美国近年对付大吨位船舶的海上加载(Topping up Collers)的情报与年初我院考察美国主要煤港及加载了解的情况,提出了加宽煤三期的港池航道,适应10、15、20万级

I.
