随着国内现代经济技术的不断发展,也使得国内家电产品种类得到了进一步的提升。但由于国内现阶段各类家电更新换代速度过快,使得市场内产生了大量的淘汰产品,而并且还有一部分质量出现问题的产品。本文即是对家电产品逆向物流管理进行研究,介绍了逆向物流的相关概念,并对逆向物流和正向物流的具体流程进行说明,探讨了当前家电产品逆向物流的复杂程度,对其实施对策进行阐述,最终以安徽某家电企业为例说明逆向物流管理模式的选择,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
