目的探讨职业性慢性1-溴丙烷中毒性周围神经病患者的护理。方法对3名职业性慢性1-溴丙烷中毒患者进行常规护理的同时,加强安全防护、康复及心理护理。结果 3名患者住院期间能积极配合治疗护理,未发生不良护理事件,且周围神经病症状、体征较前明显好转,精神、心理状态良好,痊愈出院。结论对职业性慢性1-溴丙烷中毒性周围神经病的护理重点在于保障安全和积极的康复护理,以及适当的心理干预。
Objective To investigate the care of occupational chronic 1-bromopropane poisoning peripheral neuropathy patients. Methods Three routine occupational chronic 1-bromopropane poisoning patients were routinely nursed while strengthening safety protection, rehabilitation and psychological care. Results During the hospitalization, 3 patients were able to actively cooperate with treatment and care. No adverse nursing events occurred. The symptoms and signs of peripheral neuropathy improved significantly compared with those before. The mental and psychological conditions were well and they were discharged. Conclusions The focus of care on occupational chronic 1-bromopropane poisoning peripheral neuropathy is to ensure safe and active rehabilitation care and appropriate psychological intervention.
