气割钢板和不锈钢等材料,我们原先都是手动切割,切出的切口凹凸不平,而且操作技术要求高,劳动强度大。为了解决以上问题,我们设计制作了一辆直线和圆弧两用的切割小车,用作等离子切割和氧气切割。经过试验改进,已在生产中应用,效果良好。该小车可切割的最小直径为φ150毫米。用小车气割的钢板,切口光洁度可达▽3,有些部件气割后可不再进行机械加工。特别是切割不锈钢,工效可提高2～3倍。小车调好后即可机动切割,
