机要保密工作具有特殊性,机要文件管理与处理的水平高低,对单位的利益会产生直接影响,甚至影响到党和国家的重大利益。提高机要工作者的思想和业务素质,是做好机要工作的前提条件之一。本文结合煤矿企业特点谈谈机要工作者必须具备的素质要求,以期对机要工作者素质的提高有所帮助。
The secrecy of confidential work is special and the level of confidential document management and handling has a direct impact on the interests of the units and even affects the major interests of the party and the state. Improving the ideology and professional quality of confidential workers is one of the prerequisites for doing a good job of confidential work. Based on the characteristics of coal mines, this article talked about the quality requirements that must be possessed by the key workers so as to be helpful to improve the quality of the confidential workers.
