心电图和心向量图的测定是诊断心脏病变的常用方法。它们能正确显示器质性病变的波形。但对某些疾病偶尔出现的异常心电波却无法记录,一般监护仪对一闪而过的异常波形也只能可望而不可“记”。另外,拍摄对诊断冠心病有一定价值的心向量图也比较麻烦。而临床医生非常希望出现异常波形时能在屏幕上加以“冻结”,监护仪遇有异常波形时能自动以声光报警,“冻结”报警前后的波形或加以记录。根据医务人员的要求和现有设备的情况,我们在这方面进行了初步的尝试。

Clinicians are very much looking forward to “freeze” on the screen when anomalous waveforms appear. When the monitor encounters abnormal waveforms, it automatically alarms with sound and light to “freeze” the waveform before or after the alarm and record it. Based on the medical staff’s requirements and the availability of existing equipment, we made a preliminary attempt in this regard.
