引进地铁车辆是我国城市交通发展的需要,根据我国国情,有引进必有国产化工作。为了保证运用好引进车辆,降低运营成本,吸收国外先进技术,首先应做好引进车辆零部件的国产化工作。国产化工作贯穿在车辆的引进—运用—报废的全过程中,它可分为引进—消化—吸收三个阶段。文章最后提出车辆国产化的几点想法,供读者参考。
The introduction of subway vehicles is the need for the development of urban transport in our country. According to China’s national conditions, it is necessary to introduce domestic production. In order to ensure the good use of imported vehicles, reduce operating costs and absorb advanced foreign technologies, we should first make localization of the imported vehicle parts and components. Localization work throughout the introduction of the vehicle - the use of - scrap the entire process, it can be divided into the introduction - digestion - absorption of three stages. The article finally put forward some ideas of localization of vehicles for readers’ reference.
