这种新的超高速、低功耗组合功能逻辑电路(tyjcq),是射极耦合逻辑(EGL)电路发展起来的一种组合功能逻辑电路。tyjcq 除具有射极耦合逻辑电路的一切特性外,还具有逻辑功能强、结构简单、紧凑、使用元器件少等特性。由于采用了电压和温度补偿,可以实现负三伏、负五伏兼容。这种电路特别适用于巨型、大型计算机,也适合于中、大规模及超大规模集成电路。我们用普通 PN 结隔离工艺,最小条宽间距为6微米,分三部分进行了集成,最后组装成1×4的 tyjcq。
This new ultra-high speed, low power combinational logic function (tyjcq) is a combinational logic function developed by the emitter-coupled logic (EGL) circuit. tyjcq addition to all the features coupled with emitter-coupled logic circuit, but also has strong logic, simple structure, compact, using fewer components and other features.
