石墨是一种横观各向同性和非线性变形的颗粒复合材料。本文应用Jones和Nelson提出的基于正交异性塑性变形理论新的非线性材料模型,采用有限元素解非线性问题的直接迭代法,建立了一个适用于石墨端头热应力分析的有限元素法程序。本程序假定温度为轴对称定常分布,并且考虑了石墨材料性能(包括变形性能和热膨胀性能)随温度的变化。作为应用例子,本文给出应用本程序对实心球体和石墨园环进行热应力分析的结果。
Graphite is a transversely isotropic and non-linear deformation of the granular composite material. In this paper, a new nonlinear material model based on orthotropic plastic deformation theory proposed by Jones and Nelson was proposed. A finite element method program for thermal stress analysis of graphite tip was established by using the direct iteration method of finite element method to solve nonlinear problem. This procedure assumes a constant axisymmetric distribution of temperature and takes into account changes in graphite material properties (including deformation and thermal expansion properties) with temperature. As an application example, this paper gives the results of thermal stress analysis of solid sphere and graphite ring using this program.
