一、历史回顾七十年代省、地水利科研单位在阳高县南徐屯村进行井灌井排种麦改良盐碱地试验,试种面积由100多亩扩大到770多亩,单产由七八十斤提高到二三百斤,初步总结出一套盐碱地种植春小麦的先进技术。由于“文化大革命”的干扰,这套经验没能得到推广应用。
