采用高分子多孔小球 Paropork Q(60—80目)吸附阱捕集头香,自制“同时蒸馏—萃取”装置水蒸汽蒸馏提取精油,毛细管气相色谱—质谱和气相色谱 kovats 指数双重鉴定的方法,从华北紫丁香鲜花头香中鉴定出12种成分,精油中鉴定出25种成分.关于华北紫丁香鲜花头香和精油化学成分的研究以前未见报道.
The method of double identification of essential oils, capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography kovats index for steam distillation of self-made “simultaneous distillation-extraction” device using macroporous porous globules Paropork Q (60-80 mesh) for trapping head fragrances. Twelve components were identified from the head odor of purple lilac flowers in North China, and 25 components were identified in the essential oil. The study on the head scent and chemical composition of essential oils of purple lilac flowers in northern China has not been reported before.
