山药炭疽病是辽宁山药产区新发生的一种重要叶部病害。根据病原菌形态学特征与rDNA-ITS序列分析,明确辽宁山药炭疽病病原菌为胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz)。该菌菌丝生长最适培养基为薯蓣葡萄糖煎汁培养基,最适温度为28℃,最适pH为5,最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨,光照对菌丝生长无显著性影响;病原菌产孢最适培养基为酵母膏蛋白胨培养基,最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,最适氮源为蛋白胨,光照利于孢子的产生;分生孢子萌发最适温度为28℃,最适pH为6,最适相对湿度为100%。

According to the morphological characteristics of pathogenic bacteria and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis, it was clarified that Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz was the anthracnose pathogen of Liaoning yam. The optimum culture medium for the mycelium growth was dioscorea nipponica dextrose decoction medium, the optimum temperature was 28 ℃, the optimum pH was 5, the optimum carbon source was glucose, the optimum nitrogen source was peptone, The optimum culture medium for pathogen sporulation was yeast extract peptone medium, the optimum carbon source was soluble starch, the optimum nitrogen source was peptone, and the light was favorable to spore production. The optimum temperature for conidiospore germination was 28 ℃, The optimum pH is 6, the optimum relative humidity is 100%.
