以硫酸铜和氢氧化钠为原料,氨水为纳米颗粒粒径控制剂,通过湿化学方法合成了20~30nm纳米氢氧化铜棒状原药。运用TEM透射电镜和XRD衍射仪等检测手段对合成的原药进行了表征。利用湿法改性,通过试样悬浮性和沉降速率优化了表面活性剂和辅助剂配方,制备了36%纳米氢氧化铜悬浮剂。对改性后的纳米氢氧化铜悬浮液进行了有效含量、外观、流动性、黏度、细度、pH值、悬浮率、分散性及稳定性等性能指标检测分析,检测结果表明,纳米氢氧化铜悬浮剂的以上性能指标优于国家悬浮剂制剂标准。
Copper sulfate and sodium hydroxide were used as raw materials. Ammonia water was used as the particle size control agent of nanometer particles. The nanometer hydroxide was prepared by wet chemical method. The synthesized drug was characterized by TEM and XRD. Wet modification was used to optimize the formulation of surfactants and auxiliaries by suspending and settling rate of the sample. A 36% nano-copper hydroxide suspension was prepared. The modified nano-copper hydroxide suspension was tested for its effective content, appearance, fluidity, viscosity, fineness, pH value, suspension rate, dispersibility and stability.
