根据海水辐射传递理论和光学信息处理方法所建立的海水水体点扩展函数(PSF)和海水小角度散射函数之间的关系,研制了一台基于图像测量处理原理的新型现场海水小角度散射函数测量仪,通过对点扩展函数(PSF)的测量及运用本文作者的计算方法获得了海水小角度散射函数。与以往的同类仪器相比,这台仪器具有0.01°的角度分辨率、5%的精度,同时结构简单可靠,并已经获得了东中国海的典型海区的海水小角度散射数据。
