国有企业是我国经济建设的重要组成部分。随着时代的变迁,国有企业的思想政治工作所面临的外界环境不断发生着变化,这也使得思想政治工作更加的难以开展。在西方企业文化理论引入国内之后,国有企业的思想政治工作就有了新的载体。本文先分析思想政治工作的重要性,再分析工作中出现的问题,以企业文化来创新思想政治工作。
State-owned enterprises are an important part of China’s economic construction. With the changes of the times, the external environment faced by the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises is undergoing constant changes. This makes the ideological and political work even more difficult to carry out. After the introduction of western theory of corporate culture into the country, the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises has a new carrier. This article first analyzes the importance of ideological and political work, and then analyzes the problems that arise in the work to innovate the ideological and political work with the corporate culture.
