用差热分析、X射线衍射、光学显微镜及扫描电镜等手段,对高岭土合成4A沸石的操作条件进行了选择,并研究了过程中物态的变化。所得图谱清楚显示出该合成过程中物料从有序到无序再变成有序的变化。焙烧高岭土与NaOH反应的动力学曲线表明,反应存在一个诱导期,并有自动催化的特性。
The operating conditions for the synthesis of 4A zeolites from kaolin were selected by means of differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The change of state in the process was also studied. The resulting pattern clearly shows that the material changes from ordered to disordered into ordered changes during the synthesis. The kinetic curves of calcined kaolin and NaOH show that the reaction has an induction period and autocatalytic characteristics.
