旋挖钻机的平行四边形变幅机构前与工作装置连接,后与底盘连接,动臂是其中关键的承载部件。旋挖钻机载荷的多样性决定了动臂结构的复杂性,利用三维工程分析软件对两种不同形式的动臂建模,并结合实际工况进行有限元仿真分析,得出在起架工况、钻进工况和提钻工况下,不同结构形式动臂的力学性能,为动臂的可靠性设计和结构优化提供参考依据。
Rotary drilling rig parallelogram front luffing mechanism connected with the working device, and then connected to the chassis, the boom is one of the key bearing components. The diversity of rotary drilling rig load determines the complexity of the boom structure. Three-dimensional engineering analysis software is used to model the two different types of booms. The finite element simulation analysis based on the actual working conditions shows that in the starting condition , Drilling conditions and drilling conditions, different structural forms of the boom mechanical properties, for the boom of the reliability design and structure optimization provide a reference.
