今年六月份,我们在挪威奥斯陆出席了国际建筑研究与文献委员会(简称CIB)第八次代表大会。从会上提出的论文和讨论的情况可以看出,八十年代建筑科学研究的重点是:围绕住宅建设和节约能源等重大问题开展综合研究,包括技术研究、经济研究、社会学研究,以及政策研究等各个方面,并把电子计算机等先进技术广泛应用到建筑活动中。 CIB第八次大会的主题就叫做“世界范围的建筑研究”。50个国家的281名代表参加了这次大会。其中,属于第三世界的有23个国家、60名代表。美、苏、英、法、日、西德、加拿大、北欧诸国、澳大利亚以及印度、印尼、土耳其、肯尼亚、坦桑尼亚等国都有代表出席。住宅问题住宅问题是一个存在已久的、世界性的重大社会问题。处在不同经济发展阶段的不同国家,有
In June this year, we attended the Eighth Congress of the International Architecture Research and Documentation Committee (CIB) in Oslo, Norway. From the papers and discussions presented at the conference, it can be seen that the focus of construction science research in the 1980s was to conduct comprehensive research on major issues such as housing construction and energy conservation, including technical research, economic research, sociological research, and policies. Research and other aspects, and the application of advanced technologies such as computers are widely used in construction activities. The theme of the eighth CIB conference was called “Worldwide Architectural Research.” 281 representatives from 50 countries attended the conference. Among them, there are 23 countries and 60 representatives belonging to the third world. The United States, the Soviet Union, Britain, France, Japan, West Germany, Canada, the Nordic countries, Australia, India, Indonesia, Turkey, Kenya, Tanzania, and other countries all have representatives.
