柔性管理,是现代化管理中的一个新概念,它的本质是对“稳定和变化”进行管理。柔性管理本着以人为中心的原则,对员工进行人格化管理。柔性管理,包括对人的心理管理、人的行为的管理和对环境的管理。将柔性管理融入小学人事管理工作中,能有效提升学校人事管理的工作质量,对于小学发展有着重要意义。
