近年来,黑龙江省黑河市政府高度重视矿产资源开发工作,出台一系列优惠政策,为加快包括煤炭资源在内的矿产资源开发创造宽松条件,有力地拉动了地方经济发展。2009年,全市煤炭企业上缴税金2.1亿元、价格调节基金3001万元,促进了财政收入大幅度增长。
In recent years, the government of Heihe Municipality in Heilongjiang Province has attached great importance to the development of mineral resources. A series of preferential policies have been promulgated to ease the development of mineral resources including coal resources and stimulate the local economic development. In 2009, the city’s coal tax paid 210 million yuan, the price adjustment fund 30.01 million yuan, and promote a substantial increase in financial revenue.
