东方明珠(600832)公司在手机电视制式上有CMMB和DMB两套发射装置,但一直处于小规模试点运营。如果最终国标是TMMB,公司失去运营权;如最终广电获胜,手机电视大规模商用前景也依然不明。对运营商来说,手机电视到底是利润增长点抑或是亏损点还很难说,因此手机电视国标出台对公司影响应为中性。
