我科的日产5151心电图机在使用近6年后突然热笔不热,经查是源于电源电路中的C_(1213)晶体管损坏,因购不到原管只得用同类元件代换,但一试机热笔阻丝即烧断。于是我们采用15W内热式电烙铁芯内瓷管(直径2～3mm)作笔杆,取300W电炉丝上相当于原热笔阻值(如10Ω)的1.1倍的一段,绕套均匀分布在瓷管上作发热体,一端与瓷管露出的引线相扎接,邻扎接处的阻丝弯制成热笔尖;然后设法从已坏的热笔体上敲掉笔杆,并把杆座改制成能接纳瓷管的凹状;
