随着我国经济迅速发展,林木的不断使用,甚至逐渐进入市场化,兼具环保和经济功能的林木资源对促进经济健康可持续发展有着直接关系。现以黑龙江省为例,常年都是大规模木材生产,更加促进了营林市场化的发展。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the continuous use of trees and even the gradual introduction of market-oriented forest resources with both environmental protection and economic functions have a direct bearing on the healthy and sustainable development of the economy. Now taking Heilongjiang Province as an example, perennial large-scale timber production has further promoted the development of forestation and marketing.
