奥地利—中国经济关系促进会副主席、奥地利里查德·费尔辛格国际沥青技术集团公司首席代表费祖禧先生,为了中国的经济腾飞,为了发展中国的路桥事业,不辞辛劳,往返奔波于奥地利和中国,率先将国际最先进的 NOVOPHALT 改性沥青技术引入中国,使我国的路桥建设及路面建筑材料进入世界先进行列,为我国的公路建设作出了积极的贡献。我国党和国家领导人多次接见过费祖禧先生,对费先生的工作给予肯定,对费先生一片赤诚的报国情怀表示饮佩和赞赏。
