采用正交试验方法,对超滤膜处理滦河水系统运行参数进行优化,通过设计6因素3水平正交试验,对不同工况下膜系统ΔTMP进行分析,考察系统对浊度和有机物的去除效果。结果表明,不同运行参数对膜污染的影响由大至小排列为:膜通量>周期排空频率>过滤周期>反洗流量>反洗时间>气冲流量;膜系统参数的变化对膜出水水质的影响不显著。将正交试验与加权评分法相结合,综合考虑膜系统出水水质、稳定运行情况及产水率3方面判定因素,得出膜系统优化运行参数为:膜通量18 L/(m2.h),过滤周期90 min,5周期排空1次,反洗体积流量3.2 m3/h,反洗时间60 s,气冲体积流量4.8 m3/h。
The orthogonal test was used to optimize the operating parameters of the Luan River water system.
