目的研究营养性巨幼细胞性贫血骨髓内巨核细胞的超微结构。方法:取骨髓制备成涂片标本,在电镜下观察其巨核细胞内的结构变化。结论:由于叶酸,B12的缺乏会导致巨核细胞DNA合成受阻,从而引发巨幼细胞性贫血的生成。
Objective To study the ultrastructure of bone marrow megakaryocytes in patients with nutritional megaloblastic anemia. Methods: Bone marrow was used to prepare smear specimens and the structure changes of megakaryocytes were observed under electron microscope. CONCLUSION: Lack of B12 results in blocked DNA synthesis in megakaryocytes due to folic acid, triggering megaloblastic anemia.
