目的总结外科暴露埋伏阻生尖牙联合正畸牵引治疗上颌埋伏阻生尖牙的临床效果。方法 26例上颌尖牙阻生,根据CT检查以及临床检查,判断阻生牙的位置及其与周围组织的状况,采用外科导萌加正畸方法治疗。结果 26例患者(28颗)埋伏尖牙均排列于正常牙弓,无松动,牙冠与正常尖牙无差异,牙周、牙龈及牙髓均健康。结论 CT可以明确埋伏阻生牙在颌骨内的空间位置,为临床治疗提供很大的方便。外科暴露阻生埋伏尖牙联合正畸牵引是一种成熟、可靠、有效的上颌埋伏阻生尖牙治疗的方法。
Objective To summarize the clinical effects of surgical implants impacted canines combined with orthodontic traction on maxillary impacted canines. Methods Twenty - six cases of maxillary canine were implanted. According to CT and clinical examination, the position of impacted tooth and its surrounding tissue were determined. Surgical adnexa plus orthodontic treatment was used. Results Twenty-six patients (28 teeth) were arranged in normal dental arch with no loosening. There was no difference between the crown and normal canine, and the periodontal, gingival and dental pulp were all healthy. Conclusion CT can clarify the spatial location of impacted impacted teeth in the jaw and provide great convenience for clinical treatment. Surgical Implant Implant Impacted canine combined with orthodontic traction is a mature, reliable and effective method for the treatment of maxillary impacted canines.
